Oh dessert. How dare you be so tempting. Gluten, dairy, and tons of sugar are tiny temptations we cannot deny. But, if you allow for some substitutions and allow for natural sugars to play their part, you won’t even notice how healthy it is?!? As for butter, notice I use a lot of the vegan butters or crisco depending on the type of pastry/dough you need.
