Soups. Honestly there is no better way to sooth the gut, obtain all the nutrients you need, and sneak in some tasy treats like noodles or left over turkey. I keep a batch of bone broth on hand at all times which is a good base for all of my soups. If you don’t have homemade broth on hand, Campbell’s broths can be found in a gluten free option.
