As a patient with lived experience, trained in active listening and (pending) certified in Health Navigation through York University, there is so much we can share in this safe space. If you’re someone who wants to start making a difference in your own life, but isn’t ready to make the leap, book in with me for peer mentoring. In this open space we can start to peel back the layers of the onion, and next steps together.
